
The Keota Eagle boys’ basketball team claimed four spots on this year’s All-SICL Conference teams.
Senior Chase Haifley earned a spot on the first-team. He ranked fifth within the conference in total points with 333, second in assists with 109, fourth in field goals made with 128, and fifth in three-pointers made with 50.
Another senior, Jackson Vittetoe, earned a spot on the second-team. He was tenth within the conference in total points with 294, ninth in rebounds with 156, and third in assists with 107. He was also eighth in field goals made with 116, and ninth in three-pointers made with 31.
Honorable mention spots went to junior Ayden Galindo and junior Porter Cave. Galindo scored 193 total points and ranked second in the conference with 187 rebounds. Cave scored 239 points this season, and ranked tenth in the conference with 103.
Keota finished 15-7, 10-6 in the SICL under head coach Dan Stout.
