After an 18-6 season, and a fifth place finish in the South Iowa Cedar League, the Keota girls saw four Eagles selected to the all-conference teams.

Sophomore Cameron Haifley was a first-team selection, averaging 17.4 points per game. She ranked within the top five in the conference in total points, steals, and blocks. Haifley was also tied for second in free throws made this season, with 89.

Junior Emily Conger was a second-team selection. Conger averaged 9.2 points per game, and was seventh in the conference for steals with 64. She also brought down 51 rebounds and 41 assists.

Senior Kennedy Jackson and Jessalyn Aller earned honorable mentions. Jackson averaged 5.5 points and 4.4 rebounds per game, while Aller brought down 6.8 rebounds per game, good for eighth in the SICL alongside teammate Elyse Lyle.
