A man from Ollie was arrested this week following an investigation into a reported sexual assault by a client at a tattoo shop.

The Fairfield Police Department arrested 49-year-old Louis Fitzner on a third degree sexual assault charge, a class C felony. 

The charges stem from an incident that allegedly occurred on February 10th at a tattoo shop in Fairfield. A no contact order was filed. 

Fitzner’s preliminary hearing has been scheduled for March 13th to be held in the Jefferson County Courthouse.
