
Following an 11-11 season, the Columbus Wildcats girls basketball team has seen four of their players named to SEISC-North All-Conference squads.
Two Wildcats were named to the second-team. Senior Kennedy Woepking got the nod after a season in which she averaged a team best 10.4 points per game and 8.2 rebounds per game. Junior Ellie Sanders was also named to the second-team, averaging 10.2 points per game. Sanders also averaged 4.4 rebounds, 2.7 assists, and 2.8 steals per game.
Junior Iris Garza and senior Isabel Rendon were named honorable mentions, each averaging 8 points a game this season. The Wildcats finished fourth in the SEISC-North with a 9-7 record.
