Mid-Prairie, Washington and St. James archery teams took aim at the Cedar Rapids Prairie shoot last week.

The high school Hawks were eighth of 11 teams in block with a 3255, Center Point-Urbana won the title with a 3368. Ava Miller led the way in bullseye, finishing as girls runner-up with a 286 and 17 tens. Sarah Park was fourth. For the Mid-Prairie boys, Elijah Statler was ninth at 285 with 17 tens. In 3D, the high school Hawks were sixth of 13 schools with a 1641. Cedar Rapids Prairie won their home tournament with a 1684. Golden Hawk leaders were Statler boys runner-up at 291 with 21 tens. Johnathon Pickard was sixth. Ava Miller was eigth for the girls at 279 with 13 tens.

The middle school Hawks were eighth of 13 teams in block with a 3059. Mount Vernon was the team winner at 3261. Bryce Miller led the way for the boys in 12th at 275 with 14 tens. Lara Brenneman was 15th for the girls at 270 with 12 tens. In 3D, the Hawks were eighth of 13 with a 1549, Cedar Rapids Prairie’s winning score was 1602. Bryce Miller led the boys with a seventh place 273 and 11 tens. Claire O’Connor was 21st with a 253 and seven tens.

For the Golden Hawk elementary team, girls block leader was Charlotte Wehr 11th with a 227 and five tens. Jayce Frieden led the boys in 13th with a 248 and five tens. In 3D, Logan Beachy was 12th overall for the boys with a 237 and six tens, Emilia Rodgers was 21st for the girls with a 167.

The high school Demons were led in girls block by Hannah Lipski in 14th at 278 with 14 tens. For the boys, Zach Hotchkiss was 46th at 273 with 10 tens. In 3D for the Demons, Lipski was third at 283 with 17 tens for the girls. For the boys, Zach Hotchkiss was 19th with a 278 and 12 tens. For the middle school Demons in block, Logan Hotchkiss was 10th with a 278 and 13 tens. In the girls contest, Addyson Neer was 70th with a 238 and four tens. In 3D, Logan Hotchkiss was 13th with a 267 and nine tens. Madalyn Roundy led the girls in 31st with a 246 and five tens.

For St. James in block, Bennett Vittetoe led the girls in 22nd with a 208 and a ten. For the boys it was Maxton DeLong 60th at 205 with four tens. In 3D, it was the same pair leading St. James with Vittetoe 13th for the girls with a 199 and DeLong 33rd for the boys with a 202 and five tens.
