Each year, FFA chapters around the country celebrate National FFA Week, and the Washington chapter is joining the fun starting Sunday. 

The chapter will be doing some hall decorating Sunday, and host a teacher appreciation breakfast Monday morning. There will also be Ag in the Classroom, High School Ag Olympics, and Middle School Ag Olympics. The week will be finishing Friday with a drive your tractor to school day where members will parade their tractors through town before heading to school. 

Washington chapter President Isabelle Peterson shared her favorite part of the week, “I would say my favorite part of FFA week is seeing those younger kids in FFA finally getting to interact with the community, and doing some of those more intense activities that you have to do with your members.” National FFA week is February 21st through the 28th.
