A jury trial has been scheudled for a Riverside man facing multiple felony charges of sexual assault, incest, and lascivious acts with children. The trial of 51-year old Jason Bex was previously set for December 16th at the Washington County Courthouse, and was later continued. A pretrial conference has now been scheduled for March 3rd and a jury trial is scheduled for March 24th in Washington.

Bex was arrested last May and bond was set at $1 million.

The Riverside man is charged with five counts of sexual abuse in the second degree, a class B felony; five counts of lascivious acts with a child, a class C felony; and five counts of incest, a class D felony. Court records allege Bex committed at least five separate offenses of sexual abuse with a victim under 14-years old over a span of three years.

He is currently being held in the Washington County Jail.
