A celebration of life for 17-year-old Kyler Rugg of Wayland will be Saturday, May 23rd from 1-4p.m. at the Eichelberger Main Office, 408 N. Way Drive in Wayland. A visitation will be Friday, February 20th from 3-8p.m. at the WACO High School gym. A general memorial has been established. The Beatty Peterseim Funeral Home is assisting the family.
