The New Washington City counselors were recently sworn in. 

Ward 2 counselor Jennine Wolf and Ward 4 counselor Susan Carroll were sworn in by Mayor Millie Youngquist. Elaine Moore was re-elected to that at-large seat. 

Fran Stigers served on the council for eight years in the Ward 4 seat, and Ivan Rangel served for three in the Ward 2 seat. 

The first meeting with the newly elected council members will be held on January 6th beginning with the new meeting time at 5:30 p.m at Washington City Hall.
