The Columbus Wildcat volleyball team is collecting postseason awards from the Southeast Iowa Superconference North Division. Seven members of the 2025 Wildcats have been named All-Superconference.
Three Wildcats were named First-team. Senior Kennedy Woepking was a First-team All-SEISC choice. Woepking led the ‘Cats with 172 kills, fourth most in the Superconference, and 41 aces, eighth most in conference. Her 237 digs were seventh most in the league.
Senior Daniela Diaz was a First-team selection. Her 448 assists led the Wildcats and the Southeast Iowa Superconference. Diaz also posted 142 digs, 28 aces and 16 blocks.
Junior Zai Par also collected First-team accolades. Par put together 193 digs and 21 aces.
The Wildcats had a pair of senior Second-team selections including Jessica Del Rio. She was fifth in the conference with 171 kills. Del Rio also added 153 digs and 35 aces.
Senior Jocelyn Hernandez was also a Second-team member. She led the Wildcats with 325 digs, third most in the Superconference and Hernandez added 28 aces.
A pair of Wildcats were also Honorable Mention. Senior Hailey Wellington had a team best 20 blocks, ninth most in the conference to go with her 99 kills. Junior Mady Payne posted 23 aces for the ‘Cats.
Columbus finished as 7-1 Superconference runners-up and with an 11-16 overall record.
