The WACO Warrior volleyball team received post-season awards recently from the Southeast Iowa Superconference North Division.

Junior Carlee Lunsford was a second-team selection at hitter. She led the team with 119 kills, ninth most in the North Division. Lunsford also had 123 digs and 22 aces.

WACO also had a pair of Honorable Mention performers with senior Morgan Meyer and sophomore Taelyn Egli. Meyer had a team-leading 146 assists, eighth in the Superconference and 24 aces with 82 digs. Egli had a WACO-leading 129 digs and 12 aces.

WACO ended the season with a 6-18 overall record.
