The Washington County Extension Office and 4-H and Youth Committee are hosting a “Let’s TACO-‘bout 4-H” night for 4-H members, parents and guardians.
Mark your calendars for Tuesday, November 4th, from 5:45 p.m.-7:30 p.m. in the basement of Dallmeyer Hall on the fairgrounds. This meeting is designed to provide information and hands-on activities to newer members about what the 4-H year looks like, project areas, goal setting, online resources, 4-H opportunities, upcoming events, and more.
It is open to all 4-H’ers but will be most beneficial to those who have been in 4-H for three years or less. Parents are strongly encouraged to attend. Register to attend by October 30th at the link with this news story at KCIIRadio.com.
Washington County’s 4-H program is in the top three organizations in the state for total enrollment with approximately 650 members currently.
