The Mid-Prairie and Washington High School marching bands travelled to Pella on Saturday for the state marching band festival.

The Washington Demons received a Division I rating, the highest rating a band can receive. Their spooky show was titled “The Summoning.”

Mid-Prairie performed and received a Division II rating. The Golden Hawks’ show was titled “Decades.”
