A bridge just under three miles northwest of Mt. Pleasant will be closed during the early portions of next week, the Henry County Engineer’s office announced.
Beginning on Monday, the 200th Street bridge just east of Hickory Avenue will be closed for preliminary design work ahead of a larger upcoming construction project. The closure is expected to last two days, weather permitting.
