The 2025 Washington Homecoming king and queen were crowned Thursday night at the Washington High School Auditorium. 

During Spirit Night festivities, Iris Dahl was named queen, and Carson Ryan is this year’s king. The full court includes queen candidates, Oaklee Sobaski, Leighton Messinger, Nelly Cuevas-Cruz, and Carys Miller, with king candidates Quintyn Garibay, Kael Williams, Andrew Rees, and Josh Anderson. 

Homecoming week activities continue Friday with Demon Spirit dress-up day, an early-out at 1:20 p.m. followed by the Homecoming parade at 2 p.m. that will travel from the High School to the square on South Iowa Avenue. A pep assembly will be held in the Central Park square at 3 p.m. The Demons will take on Fairfield, with the JV football team taking the field at 5:45 p.m., and the varsity match will begin at 7:30 p.m. 

The Homecoming dance will be Saturday from 8-10 p.m.
