A funeral service for 72-year-old Richard A. “Rick” Marlar of rural Wayland will be held Monday, October 6th at 2p.m. at the Beatty Funeral Home in Washington. The service will be available via livestream at the Beatty Peterseim Facebook and YouTube pages. Burial with full military honors will follow at Elm Grove Cemetery in Washington. A memorial fund has been established for Turning Point USA.
