The Keota Eagle volleyball team fell to .500 on the year this week in a four set South Iowa Cedar League loss at New Sharon against North Mahaska. The Warhawks were a winner 25-23, 17-25, 25-22 and 25-13. Eagle leaders included Jaylah Redlinger with 16 assists. Addison Purkeypile had 13 digs, Olivia Lyle 10 digs and eight kills. Elyse Lyle with five kills and three blocks. Kaylee Kindred and Cameron Haifley each had a pair of aces. Keota is now 5-5 on the year and 1-3 in the SICL as North Mahaska is 7-2 overall and 2-0 in conference.
