The Keota Eagle volleyball team earned their first South Iowa Cedar League win in 2025 Thursday with a three set sweep on their home court over Iowa Valley. The Eagles took care of the visiting Tigers 25-10, 25-16 and 25-19. Keota leaders by the numbers included Jaylah Redlinger with 14 assists and seven digs, 10 digs for Addison Purkeypile and Kaylee Kindred with seven digs and two aces, Olivia Lyle with nine kills, six kills for Elyse Lyle. Elyse Lyle added three blocks and two aces. Cameron Haifley had four aces. The Eagles are now 5-4 on the year, 1-3 in league play as the Tigers drop to 2-9.
