The Demon volleyball team turned into the Washington clean-up crew on the road Tuesday night, breaking out the brooms to sweep away Keokuk. Washington took the win on the Chiefs home floor 25-20, 25-20 and 25-9. Leaders by the numbers included 26 assists for Reagan Miller, 19 for Carys Miller. Ellie Farmer with 18 digs and Leighton Messinger with 10. Messinger had 16 kills, Layla Green 15. Green added a pair of blocks. Taylor Miksch had five aces. The Demons are back to .500 at 7-7 on the year and still unbeaten 3-0 in conference as Keokuk drops to 5-13 and winless in SEC basement.
