Tuesday night the Pekin Panthers won a road Southeast Iowa Superconference match over the Highland Huskies in Riverside. The Panthers came out on top in four sets, 25-17, 19-25, 26-24 and 25-19. Stat-leaders for Highland on the night included 13 assists for Adisyn Prottsman and 11 for Ava Sexton. Six kills each for Sexton and Katelyn Thomann. Defensively, Emersyn Schultz had 27 digs and Kamryn Fink 18. Maiya Singbeil had three blocks at the net and Sexton put up four aces while Fink and Schultz each had two. Highland is now 3-13 on the year as Pekin improves to 3-7.
