The Sigourney Savage volleyball team scored a road South Iowa Cedar League conference win Monday at Lynnville-Sully. It was the Savages over the Hawks in four by scores of 25-23, 19-25, 25-16 and 25-18. Sigourney stat-leaders included Becca Gretter with 22 assists, 11 for Kayla Renner. Bailey Gretter with 18 kills and 10 for Addy Fineran. Bailey Gretter led on defense with 30 digs, Renner had a dozen. Fineran added four blocks and Becca Gretter three aces with two each for Bailey Gretter and Renner. The win moves the Savages to 9-4 with Lynnville-Sully now 5-7.
