This week, Columbus head coach Dave Lekwa talked about the keys for his team week three. “We just really have to focus on some of these little things that we’re doing and some of these small habits that we need to correct. Danville is a heck of a team. Coach Thompson does an excellent job down there with those guys. They got us last year. It’s going to be another long road trip for us. Five straight Fridays on the road. It’s a district game, it’s a big week. We have to buckle down and have a big week of practice to prepare.”
The Bears won this matchup a year ago 31-24. Action starts tonight at 7p.m. At Danville High School.
