This week will bring live music and fresh baked goods to downtown Washington’s Central Park.

The Ballyhoo Boys will be taking the stage at 5:30 p.m. for the Thursday Night Live performance. The Ballyhoo Boys specialize in the timeless standards and hidden gems of early 20th century jazz, as they transport audiences back to the golden era of American music. This four-piece acoustic ensemble features the distinctive sound of soprano saxophone, trombone, guitar, and bass.

The farmers market will begin at 5 p.m. with local merchants selling their goods.

There are only five more Washington Farmers Markets of the season.
