The Washington County Board of Supervisors received notice from Washington County Attorney Nathan Repp regarding his reappointment of Katie Mitchell to the Civil Service Commission. “Requesting the opportunity to make record of her reappointment to the Civil Service Commission, as appointed by the County Attorney. That would be the reappointment of Katie Mitchell, to the Civil Service Commission to a six year term ending August 15th of 2031. Katie has been serving on the commission since 2013.”    

The Supervisors acknowledged the reappointment. The Civil Service Commission is a government agency or public body that is established by the constitution, or by the legislature, to regulate the employment and working conditions of civil servants, oversee hiring and promotions, and promote the values of the public service.
