The Washington City Council approved releasing the funds to LattaHarris for a Downtown Investment Grant agreement. 

The project totaled $203,622 and included updates to the windows, facade, brickwork and awning at the building located at 116 West Main Street. 

The council approved the $25,000 payment for the project that was awarded in 2024. 

DIG is a grant program through Main Street Washington for property owners in the downtown district to improve exteriors of buildings and enhance Washington.
