A funeral service for 94-year-old Carla Joan Carter will be 1p.m. Tuesday, July 29th at the United Methodist Church in Washington. General calling hours begin at 1p.m. Monday, July 28th at the Jones Eden Funeral Home in Washington with family present to receive friends from 4-6p.m. Interment will be at Elm Grove Cemetery in Washington. Memorials have been established for Hospice of Washington County, the Washington Public Library and Paws and More Animal Shelter.
