The City of Lone Tree has been placed under a boil order.
Chad McCleary, owner and operator of Ion Environmental Services, which operates Lone Tree’s water system, said that the boil order was put in place due to water storage tank maintenance. Residents are advised to either drink bottled water or boil any water from the city’s water supply before consuming it.
