The Mid-Prairie School Board is set to hold its first regular meeting of the fiscal year on Monday, with handbook policies as the main topic of the evening.
The policy changes include updates to maintain Iowa Association of School Boards compliance, clarification requested by the school board to ensure consistency within disciplinary procedures, the implementation of the personal device policy the board passed in May and the specific definition for excused absences.
The board will also hear a building update from the district’s custodians.
The meeting is set to begin at 6:15 p.m. in the Central Office Community Room.
