The KCII listening area could see severe weather and thunderstorms this evening into Saturday. 

The National Weather Service in the Quad Cities models forecast rounds of showers and thunderstorms through Friday night, bringing the potential for severe weather and localized flash flooding. 

The largest potential threat with these thunderstorms would be damaging wind and flash flooding with potential for rainfall rates between 1 – 2”+ per hour possible.
