Another tough road test awaits the Hillcrest Academy Raven softball team Tuesday when they travel to Louisa-Muscatine for their Southeast Iowa Superconference North Division season finale. The Ravens are 11-13 on the year after a win Monday at West Burlington Notre Dame. On the year, Hillcrest is hitting .302 as a club with a .429OBP, .388 slug, 168 runs, 182 hits, 120RBI, 115 walks, and 173 strikeouts. Five Ravens hit .300 or better led by Malia Yoder’s .534 average with 39 total hits. Delaney Shaw has 29 RBI and 28 runs scored. In the circle, Yoder 109 innings with a .259 opponent average, 158 hits, 84 earned runs, 65 walks and 103 strikeouts. Ella Mize has three saves.

Louisa-Muscatine started the week 21-4 and a perfect 12-0 in the Superconference. They are ranked No. 2 in Class 2A in the latest poll from the Iowa Girls High School Athletic Union. This year they hit .387 as a club with a .464OBP, .518 slug, 208 runs, 254 hits, 177RBI, 86 walks and 80 strikeouts. They have 10 players hitting .300 or better, led by Grace Kissell at .524 with 43 hits and 43 runs scored. Rhylann Lessenger has driven in 26. In the circle, Grace Hoopes and Kamryn Taylor are a combined 21-4 with a .190 opponent average, 117 hits, 46 earned runs, 48 walks and 143 strikeouts with a 2.30ERA and 1.10WHIP.
