Family of 83-year-old Walter Edward “Walt” Horning of Washington County will be present to receive friends at the Jones Eden Funeral Home in Washington Monday, June 30th from 4-7p.m. Interment will be at a later date. Memorial donations can be made to Hospice Compassus or the Washington County Fair.
