The Raven softball team is 7-9 this year and 3-7 in conference play after a 9-7 Tuesday win over Pekin. Hillcrest is hitting .296 as a team with a .427OBP and .372 slug with 105 runs, 117 hits, 76RBI, 82 walks and 120 strikeouts. Five players are at .300 or better led by Malia Yoder with a .542 average and 26 hits. Morgyn Nafziger has scored 19 times and Delaney Shaw has 17RBI. In the circle, Yoder, Ella Mize and Lyla Genkinger have combined on a 4.32ERA, 1.83WHIP, .246 opponent average with 123 hits, 57 earned runs, 46 walks and 88 strikeouts.

WACO is 0-11 on the year and 0-8 in league play after a 19-2 loss to Columbus on Thursday. The Warriors hit .131 as a team with a .230OBP and .152 slug, 11 runs, 19 hits, two RBI, 16 walks and 63 strikeouts. Mei Leichty is the team leader at .308 with four hits, an RBI and two runs scored.
