Stormy weather interrupted the latest edition of Washington Demon baseball as last night’s home game with Oskaloosa was postponed indefinitely.

Washington had managed to match two runs scored by Oskaloosa in the top of the first inning with two of their own in the bottom half and were at the plate again in the bottom of the second when thunder and lightning moved into the area.

The conclusion of the game was postponed until further notice, with a date to complete it to be determined. The Demons will next play Thursday at Burlington.
