A North Liberty man was arrested on a felony burglary warrant out of Washington County. 

Johnson County deputies reported that they arrested 36-year-old Ryan Smalley of North Liberty on Saturday. The warrant out of Washington County was for first degree burglary, a Class B felony. 

According to court documents, on June 6th, Smalley allegedly committed burglary in the first degree upon a property located in Riverside while persons were present, and intentionally or recklessly inflicted bodily injury on the person. 

A no contact order has been put into place, and a preliminary hearing has been set for June 24th in Washington County.
