Members of the Mid-Prairie FFA leadership team joined other FFA groups across southeastern Iowa at the Chapter Officer Leadership Training (COLT) conference. It was held June 9th in Cedar Rapids.

The attendees participated in workshops on advocating for the agriculture industry, connecting with stakeholders, recruiting for the local chapter, and working as a cohesive team. They also received training on their duties as FFA officers.

Mid-Prairie attendees included Conner O’Rourke, Bowen Pennington, Harlee West, Jason Yoder, Layken Lee, Ellie Callahan, Adelyn Huston, Cecil Kelley, Cuyler Rourke, Caedyn Huston, Allie Whetstine, Rylee Cady, Brock Fisher, and Madelyn Sieren.
