The Iowa State Park Passport is making its return for 2025, according to the state’s Department of Natural Resources.
Now in its sixth year, the passport provides park-goers with the opportunity to earn points toward prizes and giveaway entries, including credits toward overnight visits, stickers, t-shirts, and a chance at three-day trip to Springbrook State Park near Guthrie Center.
The credits, which are the first tier of rewards, can go toward overnight stays at any state park, including Lake Darling State Park near Brighton.
Registration can be done on mobile devices at https://www.traveliowa.com/iowa-state-park-passport-sign-up/. Those who participated in previous years must sign up again.
