Two firearms were found on Washington School District property. 

Superintendent Willie Stone stated Wednesday afternoon, the Washington Police Department was called to the property after the firearms were discovered. The police have taken possession of the weapons. An investigation into the matter is underway. 

The district is cooperating with the Washington Police Department in their efforts.
