The Washington County Relay for Life is hosting a blood drive Wednesday.
According to Impact Life, less than 10% of the population gives blood, so donors who give on a regular basis are important to meet these needs. There is currently a critical need for O- and B-blood. Many variables can impact our blood inventories, such as weather, holidays, or tragic events.
On June 4th from 12:30 to 3:30 p.m., at Washington Hy-Vee, the Impact Life mobile bus will be set up for donors. Interested donors can find a link to sign up with this news story at KCIIRadio.com.
