Tate McGuire, member of the Eagle’s Nest Clover Kids club, and his 4-H mentor, Garrett Greiner, set up the lamb during the Clover Kid Sheep Show. McGuire is the son of Andrew and Erin McGuire and Greiner is the son of Ted and Wendy Greiner.

Washington County 4-H and FFA youth participating in the sheep project area at the Washington County fair should prepare for a project meeting on June 9th. 

The meeting will be held in the main show ring at the Washington County Fairgrounds. It will cover fair preparation information, and give members time with their lambs in the ring practicing showmanship. The sheep project leader will be present to answer questions and discuss any changes for the 2025 county fair. Both beginning sheep and experienced sheep exhibitors are invited. Parents are encouraged to attend, and all age groups are encouraged to bring questions. This program is funded by the Washington County Extension Council.
