Boil Order In Place for Northern Columbus Junction

A boil order is in place for Columbus Junction residents in the West Hill area, the city’s public works department announced Monday afternoon.

Areas north of Highway 92 between 2nd Street and the Dairy Sweet, near Hilltop Road, are affected. The order coincides with a new connection to the city’s water main. It will remain in effect until the city receives the results of bacteria testing.
