The season concluded for Washington Demon girls soccer with a 10-0 loss to Davenport Assumption last night in the Class 1A Region 3 semifinals. Washington faced a 6-0 deficit by halftime against the third-ranked team in the state and could never recover.

The Demons end the spring with a record of 9-8, their third winning season in the last four years. Washington will now say goodbye to six seniors, including Kate Flannery, Maya Murphy, Ana Mata, Jasmin Pascual, Peggy Miller and Adamari Mendoza.
