
Average gas prices rose for the second consecutive week in Iowa, according to the latest fuel report from AAA and the Iowa Department of Agriculture and Land Stewardship.
Regular unleaded gas prices increased by two cents to $2.95 on average while the national average fell two cents to $3.18.
Retail diesel costs fell two cents on average in the Hawkeye state to $3.32, while the national average also fell one cent to $3.54.
Crude oil prices fell again this week, with West Texas Intermediate crude falling 16 cents to $61.89 per barrel and Brent crude falling 37 cents to $65 per barrel.
