Kids across the state are encouraged to sign up for the first Iowa Kids Garden Day to be recognized on May 21st. Iowa State University Extension and Outreach is encouraging schools, early childcare providers, and community partners to register events where kids can connect to gardening. This provides students a chance to learn about how food is grown.
