A Funeral Mass for 86-year-old P. Richard Horak of Washington will be at 10a.m. Monday, May 12th at St. James Catholic Church in Washington. Interment with military honors will follow at Elm Grove Cemetery in Washington. Visitation will be Sunday, May 11th at St. James Catholic Church in Washington from 2-4p.m. with family present to receive friends. A Rosary will be recited at 1:30p.m. prior to visitation. Memorials have been established for Hospice of Washington County or the St. James Catholic School Foundation.
