The Mid-Prairie Golden Hawk girls golf team returns to Muscatine today to defend their crown. The Hawks are trying to make it three-peat for the River Valley Conference team title. Mid-Prairie enters the day with a 25-4 overall record. The Golden Hawks have a 188 team average on nine and 394 average on 18, led by Morgyn Bender and Addison English at 46 per nine and Bender at 92 on 18.

The Golden Hawks will be joined today by Anamosa, Dyersville-Beckman, Bellevue, Camanche, Cascade, Durant, Maquoketa, Monticello, Northeast Goose Lake, Iowa City Regina, Tipton, West Branch, West Liberty and Wilton. Action starts at 10a.m. And continues all day at the Muscatine Municipal Golf Course.
