Average fuel prices continue to hold steady both in Iowa and nationally according to the latest fuel report from AAA and the Iowa Department of Agriculture and Land Stewardship.

Regular unleaded fell by a single cent on average in Iowa this week, finishing at $2.97, while the national average crept up a cent to $3.18.

Diesel prices also slightly dropped in Iowa, falling three cents to $3.34. The national average also fell slightly, decreasing by one cent to $3.56.

Crude oil prices began falling again after a week of stability, with West Texas Intermediate crude falling by $3.41 to $58.51 per barrel and Brent crude falling by $2.58 to $63.18 per barrel.
