Louisa County Sheriff Brandon Marquardt announced last week that his office is partnering with the Iowa State Sheriffs’ and Deputies Association Institute’s Honorary Membership Program. Their mission is to promote the positive role of law enforcement, support members in the multi-faceted aspects of the office of sheriff, educate members by providing quality training and assistance and protect the public through community outreach and legislative actions.
The Honorary ISSDA Member program allows citizens in Louisa County to become honorary members and have an active role in keeping Louisa County safe by providing resources and services to the sheriffs of Iowa. Packages will be sent through the mail. For more information about the program visit issda.org.
