Saturday, the best players in the state took the court one more time for the 2025 Iowa Basketball Coaches Association Pizza Ranch All-Star Games at Dallas Center Grimes High School. Those in action included a pair of WACO Warriors. Senior Ella Huisenga was selected to the girl’s Southeast All-Star team, and WACO head coach Lisa Graber was chosen to lead the team on the sidelines. The southeast team dropped both of their games on the day 76-72 to the northwest All-Stars and 86-77 to the southwest team.

Joining Huisenga on the roster were Ellen Cook of Montezuma, Kobi Lietz from Solon, Ayla Hall of HLV, Breckyn Schilling of North Mahaska, Lauren Walker of Central DeWitt, Carly Rich from Williamsburg, Adrianna Howard of Centerville, August Palmer from Iowa City High, and Dasia Foster from Oskaloosa. Graber was joined on the sideline by Solon coach Jamie Smith.
