A man being held in the Washington County Jail now faces additional charges from Illinois. According to Washington County Communications, 29-year old James Allen Grant Ginneberge of Iowa City is charged with four counts of aggravated criminal sex abuse. Illinois officials contacted local law enforcement with the charges on Thursday.

He is also wanted out of Johnson County for failure to appear for arraignment on forgery charges. 

Holds have been placed for both Johnson County and Rock Island County.

According to court documents, in January, he was arrested in Iowa City and entered a written guilty plea for disorderly conduct – fighting/violent behavior a misdemeanor. He was arrested eight days later on another charge of disorderly conduct – fighting/violent behavior is set for a nonjury trial on April 1st.
