Two Keota Eagles have received honorable mention all-conference selections in the South Iowa Cedar League for girls’ basketball. That includes freshman Cameron Haifley, who led Keota by averaging almost 12 points and two-and-a-half steals per game in her debut season.

Sophomore Emily Conger is the other honorable mention for the Eagles, leading the team in rebounding and putting up 11 points and four boards per contest. Keota went 11-11 this season, including a 6-8 mark in conference play, to finish with their best record in a decade.
